Conwy Quay

As part of our topic on the Seaside we visited Conwy quay where we saw lots of fishing boats, we visited the lifeboat station where we placed money into their collection box and had a good look at the lifeboat. Whilst in Conwy we visited the smallest house in Great Britain and then we had a look in the window of a Welsh souvenir shop. On the way home we stopped at Mermaids Fishmongers in Llandudno where we saw lots of different types of fish, crabs and lobsters. We bought a plaice and two squid. When we came back to school we used magnifiers to inspect them. We managed to squeeze some ink out of the squid and had a go at drawing with it.
