Position: Playgroup Leader
Julie has over 20 years experience in childcare and has worked at Llanddulas Playgroup for 10 years, Julie is qualified to NVQ level 4 in Early years childcare education and development and holds a level 4 ILM business management award.
Julie is fully paediatric first aid trained and has attended training in positive behaviour management, child protection, foundation phase curriculum planning, welsh in the setting, ICT, Maths, risk assessments, health and safety and fire safety awareness. Julie is the group's registered person, SENCO and child protection officer.

Position: Playworker
Kath has worked at the playgroup for 6 years and holds an NVQ level 3 in Early years childcare development and education. She is fully paediatric first aid trained and has attended numerous courses including positive behaviour management, welsh in the setting, ICT training and Maths in the setting.
Kath takes particular interest in the personal social development of the children and is always available to speak to parents at the end of each session regarding their child's development.

Victoria Willingham is a fully qualified NNEB who has recently joined our team. She has undergone training in foundation phase education and is fully aware of child protection procedures.
Victoria currently works 2 mornings per week and is available to cover staff absences and to assist on education trips and visits.

Sally has worked at the setting for 3 years and is fully qualified to NVQ level 3 in Early years childhood development and Education. She has attended training in paediatric first aid, safeguarding and food hygiene. Sally is responsible for ICT development and takes charge of keeping our Facebook and Twitter accounts up to date.

Lauren is spending one year working at the playgroup to gain valuable hands on experience in early years education before she starts a PGCE in Sept 2017. She has recently gained a BA in Early Year's Childhood studies and Education at Liverpool's John Moore's University.
