To celebrate the Queen's Diamond Jubilee children attended a special jubilee themed party where everyone wore red, white and blue, played party games, had their faces painted with Union Jack flags, and made their own crown. The children listened to the story of the Queen's knickers then painted portraits of her to display on the wall. Although the weather was not too good, the children all had a great time eating their party food in a marquee on the school field. the party was finished off with fun for children and staff alike on a giant bouncy slide.
