Health and Safety Risks

Procedures when identifying health and safety risks:

  • Staff members report faulty equipment and safety issues to playgroup leader who is responsible for reporting it to relevant persons.
  • Playgroup leader reports to chair person of committee.
  • Equipment is not used until it is repaired or replaced.
  • Health and safety officer on the committee checks that faulty equipment has been repaired or replaced.
  • Safety issues are dealt with immediately.
